Vanessa is the owner and director of Adult Speech Therapy. She started the business over 10 years ago. She has over 30 years of experience as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and is a member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
Vanessa is committed to making a difference to the lives of her clients. She has strong clinical skills to work with clients who have a variety of diagnoses. She primarily works with clients who have had a stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s Disease, Neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Functional Neurological Disorders (FND), voice problems and chronic cough conditions. She sees clients at the clinic in Erina on the Central Coast, online and home visits when required.
Vanessa is accredited to run programs including Lee Silverman Voice Pathology (LSVT ©) LOUD and SPEAK OUT! for Parkinson’s voice problems. These programs have proven to be effective through years of research.
Through a network of ENT specialists, on the Central Coast and Sydney, Vanessa also assists clients diagnosed with voice disorders, chronic cough, laryngeal hypersensitivity and Exercise Induced Laryngeal Obstruction.
