By coming to you where you are comfortable, we can provide therapy in a familiar environment. This helps to generalise skills learnt in therapy in an everyday environment.
Adult Speech Therapy can provide therapy in your preferred location if you are not able to access our clinic for reasons such as mobility difficulties or other challenges. This may include places such as your home, high school, supported living or supported workplace, aged care facility or visit the community with you.
By attending everyday locations with you, your Speech Pathologist can work directly with others such as care staff, teachers, parents or workmates and teach your communication partners how best to support you. Please contact our admin team to discuss if mobile visits are possible in your area.
